Zera, employs a staff of expert engineers and
craftsmen all of whom are experts in their respective fields. It has created a
product line-up which consists of modern, smart designs created by combining
expertise with quality and a sense of aesthetics. Zera produces all molds and
specalized fixtures needed in the design, production and product development of
towel radiators under its own roof with the help of its expert molders.
Zera has become the first towel radiator production factory in the industry both
in Turkey and in Europe to have achieved the production of pipes and Profliles
which it uses as raw materials raw materials under the same roof.
All of our painted and chrome coated products are tested under 15 bars of
pressure after the welding process, which is the highest test pressure level
used in the industry, and the surfaces of the radiators are coated with
phosphate after being cleaned with various chemicals for the paint to last for
years to come. After the coating of phosphate, our products are dried completely,
painted with polyester powder paint and are put in furnaces. The paint we use in
our atandard production is RAL 9016, and we are able to produce using all of the
international RAL codes and tens of different metallic colors.
The pipes and profiles we use in our chrome plated products are processed in our
polishing rooms, boiled and are tested under 15 bars of pressure. After the
pressure tests, they are coated with chromium adhering to international
standards following surface cleaning and polishing processes.
Zera uses fully automatic pipe cutting, bending, Profil Drilling, Grouping,
Waxing, Stopper attaching and furnace systems. Its polishing and chrome plating
and painting lines are also fully automated and this automation allows Zera to
be able to produce more than 500.000 towel radiators annually.
Zera utilizes a very sophisticated product monitoring automation. Thanks
to its branding system, our prıducts are marked with an unprecedented serial
number during the first stages of production. Perfect monitoring is achieved
with this serial number that is different on each product, and which acts as a
sort of identification number, both before and after sales.
Numerous production and quality control reports regarding the serial numbers are
filed in numerous locations throughout the factory and are entered in realtime
to the central system. Thans to these reports, the responsibilities of the
personnel working in production become official and this is reflected on the
products in a positive way. All processes throughout the production cycle are
matched with a serial number and a worker, and the products obtain a “life tree”
at the and of the process. Therefore, detailed information regarding the orders
of each radiator and, where and by whom each radiator has been subjected to
which processes regarding machinery and production are stored at the central
production system. All data and ststistics regarding eficiency, and losses
within the factory are derived from the production system. These statistical
information regardi,ng the production are used for continual improvement and
development works.
The most important factor in reflecting the sense of quality of Zena - which
engages in production at global standards – to its products is increasing the
inspection and monitoring activities in production. |
